Angela acted as liaison between Fidelity and GM senior management, responsible for client relationship and third party vendor management, contract negotiation, project planning, process development, best practices documentation, and on-time implementation of Fidelity Pension and Human Resource Products, a program for one million GM retirees, employees, and dependents. Angela managed
re-engineering projects in retail, brokerage, trading floor, and Fidelity International companies, resulting in savings of $19.5 million. Additionally, she led a corporate-wide project to implement the Essbase financial system for 900 Fidelity personnel.
- A.T. Kearney/EDS Consulting. Angela led a 20-member team that implemented programs for the financial organization of Kraft Foods, identifying more than $10 million in savings. She assessed a retailer's merchandising operation, including detailed paper flow analysis, identification of value- and non-value-added processes, and recommendations to improve efficiency by 30 percent. She relocated to Germany to
implement a new finance system and perform business process re-engineering on all administrative functions at Opel Automotive Manufacturing.
- Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, London. Angela performed comprehensive analyses of financial and management reporting for all European operations of Digital and was responsible for developing and executing recommendations regarding organizational responsibilities, reporting structure, and report contents. She led implementation of activity based costing practices, brought on new clients, developed sales
materials, and trained new C&L associates.
